Own your record
Your record is yours. Here is exactly how we look after it.
A health record should belong to the person it describes, not to whichever system happened to treat them. We gather it, keep it in order, and you can leave with every file at any time.
What we promise
- You own your record. Every file we hold is yours to download at any time, in plain formats any computer opens.
- We keep it only to keep it current. If you stop, we delete our copy and confirm it in writing.
- Each customer's record is kept apart from everyone else's, with its own storage and access.
- Only the people working on your record can open it, and we keep a log of who did.
- You choose where your record is read: in Europe, or only on our own private servers.
- We act only with your written consent, and only for the holders you agree to.
Who reads your documents
A person reads every document, because machines still miss ticked boxes, handwriting and crossed-out values on scanned forms.
Software helps us read scans quickly. You choose how it runs: in Europe, under a written agreement that nothing is kept, or on our own private servers, so your record never leaves us.
Plain files, no lock-in
Your record is a set of plain documents and the original PDFs. You can open it with a text editor, share it with any doctor, or bring it to any app or AI you choose. Nothing has to keep running for your record to stay readable.
What we never say
- We do not give medical advice. We keep and hand over records; your doctors interpret them.
- We do not promise a complete record. We get everything that is released to us and tell you what is missing. Some providers will not release, and some old records no longer exist.
- We do not promise how fast a provider abroad will reply. Their law sets the time, and we chase.
- We are not part of the NHS or any health system, and are not endorsed by one.
