Questions

Questions people ask us.

If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer it.

No. It is a service. We do the work and you receive the files. There is no software to install, no account to keep, and nothing to learn.

No. We collect, order and keep your records and hand them to the doctors you choose. Your doctors interpret them.

Today: the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Portugal, Thailand, Indonesia, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates once one legal point is confirmed. Every one of them gives patients a right to their records. If you have been treated somewhere else, ask us and we will look into it before you pay anything.

Each one shows part of one system's record, and only while you are registered there. When you leave the UK your GP record goes into storage, and Gulf hospital portals close when you leave the country. None of them joins up the countries you have lived in.

An AI can only reason over the records it is given, and nobody's job is to make sure it has all of them. That is our job. Once your record is complete and in order, you can use it with any app or AI you like.

Yes, so we can keep it current. That is the service. You can take every file with you at any time, and if you stop, we delete our copy and confirm it in writing.

A person reads every document. The software that helps us read scans runs in Europe and keeps nothing. If you would rather your record never left us, we can read it on our own private servers instead. You choose.

Yes, and many people do. We need your parent's written consent to request their records and to share a copy with you. A second person costs half the build.

Most UK requests come back within a month. Providers abroad work to their own law and pace, from a few days in a Thai hospital to two months for older French records. We chase each one and tell you where things stand.

We chase, we use the law that applies to them, and if they still will not release, we say so in your list of what is missing, with what we tried. We never paper over a gap.

Yes. Where a document is in another language, your record gives the English beside it. If you need a certified translation for an official purpose, we arrange one and pass on the cost.

Building your record costs £495 for one country, £795 for two, and £1,295 for three or more or a complex history. Keeping it current costs £395 a year. All prices include VAT.

What we never say

  • We do not give medical advice. We keep and hand over records; your doctors interpret them.
  • We do not promise a complete record. We get everything that is released to us and tell you what is missing. Some providers will not release, and some old records no longer exist.
  • We do not promise how fast a provider abroad will reply. Their law sets the time, and we chase.
  • We are not part of the NHS or any health system, and are not endorsed by one.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us where you have lived and been treated. We will tell you what we can get, from whom, and what it costs, before you pay anything.
