About

Somebody should be keeping your record. That is us.

Anyone can now ask an AI about their records, but only about the records it has. Nobody's job is to make sure it has all of them, least of all when your life has crossed borders. We started Health Records 365 to make that somebody's job.

Who we are

Health Records 365 is run by a small team that has spent years building health record systems for others, from Babylon Health's national service in Rwanda to UNAIDS and the NHS. It was founded by Manoj Nathwani.

We built our own records first. Manoj gathered every document from the UK and the countries he has lived in since, put it in order, and wrote it up as a one-page summary with plain explainers behind it. When he saw new doctors abroad, they could read his full history in minutes, in English, instead of starting from what he could remember.

That record showed what a well-kept history does for the doctor in front of you. The method behind it is written down and checked by code, so every record we keep follows the same rules, whoever works on it.

Where our experience comes from

Before Health Records 365, we spent years building the systems that move patient records between people and places.

3.9 million

consultations on Babylon Health's national service in Rwanda, 2019 to 2023, whose technology we led

BMC Primary Care, 2026

43

ministries of health using the UNAIDS AIDS Data Repository, which we helped build and run

UNAIDS

1,000+

dental emergencies handled for NHS England during COVID-19 by DentalTriage, which we co-founded

NHSX framework

Every page is read by a person, in order, and checked against the rest of your history.
The next doctor gets your history on one page, in English, wherever you are.
  • NHS England
  • Babylon Health
  • World Health Organization
  • UNAIDS
  • Gates Foundation

Organisations we have built health systems for or with. None of them endorses Health Records 365.

Babylon Health's Rwanda service was written up by the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, WIPO and INSEAD, and in two peer-reviewed papers in 2026. They name Babylon, not us.

What we believe

  • Your record belongs to you, not to the system that happened to treat you.
  • A person should read every page. Machines still miss ticked boxes and handwriting.
  • A gap you know about is better than a gap you do not. We always say what is missing.
  • Plain files outlast any app.
